Practise the Center Game
The Center Game (1.e4 e5 2.d4 exd4 3.Qxd4) opens the centre on move two. Play White's moves of the line from memory —
1. e4 e5 2. d4 — and the trainer plays
Black's replies; "Play the other side" turns it around.
"Drill all" adds the 28 named lines that continue it, such as Center Game Accepted, Danish Gambit, Danish Gambit Accepted, Center Game: Normal Variation, Center Game: Kieseritzky Variation, Center Game: Paulsen Attack Variation, Center Game: von der Lasa Gambit, Danish Gambit Declined: Sörensen Defense.
Read about the line, its statistics on Lichess and Stockfish's evaluation on the Center Game page, or pick another opening in the opening trainer.
