Practise the Danish Gambit

The Danish Gambit (1.e4 e5 2.d4 exd4 3.c3) is one of the most aggressive openings in chess. Play White's moves of the line from memory — 1. e4 e5 2. d4 exd4 3. c3 — and the trainer plays Black's replies; "Play the other side" turns it around.

"Drill all" adds the 7 named lines that continue it, such as Danish Gambit Accepted, Danish Gambit Declined: Sörensen Defense, Danish Gambit Accepted: Copenhagen Defense, Danish Gambit Accepted: Classical Defense, Danish Gambit Accepted: Schlechter Defense, Danish Gambit Accepted: Chigorin Defense, Danish Gambit Accepted: Svenonius Defense.

Read about the line, its statistics on Lichess and Stockfish's evaluation on the Danish Gambit page, or pick another opening in the opening trainer.
