The Hedgehog Defense is a line of the Symmetrical English in which Black builds the Hedgehog, a pawn formation on a6, b6, d6 and e6. Play Black's moves of the line from memory — 1. c4 e6 2. Nf3 Nf6 3. Nc3 c5 4. g3 b6 5. Bg2 Bb7 6. O-O Be7 — and the trainer plays White's replies; "Play the other side" turns it around.
