Practise the Mieses Opening

The Mieses Opening (1.d3) is a modest first move that frees White's dark-squared bishop and makes a small claim on the centre. Play White's moves of the line from memory — 1. d3 — and the trainer plays Black's replies; "Play the other side" turns it around.

"Drill all" adds the 4 named lines that continue it, such as Mieses Opening: Reversed Rat, Valencia Opening, Mieses Opening: Venezolana Variation, Mieses Opening: Myers Spike Attack.
