The Rubinstein System is 1.d4 Nf6 2.c4 e6 3.Nc3 Bb4 4.e3, White's most common way of meeting the Nimzo-Indian Defense. Play White's moves of the line from memory — 1. d4 Nf6 2. c4 e6 3. Nc3 Bb4 4. e3 — and the trainer plays Black's replies; "Play the other side" turns it around.

"Drill all" adds the 47 named lines that continue it, such as Nimzo-Indian Defense: Normal Variation, Nimzo-Indian Defense: Normal Variation, Ragozin Variation, Nimzo-Indian Defense: St. Petersburg Variation, Nimzo-Indian Defense, Nimzo-Indian Defense: Normal Variation, Classical Defense, Nimzo-Indian Defense: Reshevsky Variation, Nimzo-Indian Defense: Normal Variation, Gligoric System, Nimzo-Indian Defense: Rubinstein System, Rubinstein Variation.
