The Semi-Tarrasch Defense is a variation of the Queen's Gambit Declined: 1.d4 d5 2.c4 e6 3.Nc3 Nf6 4.Nf3 c5. Play Black's moves of the line from memory — 1. d4 Nf6 2. c4 e6 3. Nf3 d5 4. Nc3 c5 — and the trainer plays White's replies; "Play the other side" turns it around.
