Practise the Queen's Indian Defense

The Queen's Indian Defense (1.d4 Nf6 2.c4 e6 3.Nf3 b6) is a solid hypermodern defence. Play Black's moves of the line from memory — 1. d4 Nf6 2. c4 e6 3. Nf3 b6 — and the trainer plays White's replies; "Play the other side" turns it around.

"Drill all" adds the 53 named lines that continue it, such as Queen's Indian Defense: Fianchetto Variation, Queen's Indian Defense: Kasparov Variation, Queen's Indian Defense: Fianchetto Variation, Traditional Line, Queen's Indian Defense: Classical Variation, Queen's Indian Defense: Spassky System, Queen's Indian Defense: Classical Variation, Traditional Variation, Queen's Indian Defense: Traditional Variation, Queen's Indian Defense: Kasparov-Petrosian Variation.

Read about the line, its statistics on Lichess and Stockfish's evaluation on the Queen's Indian Defense page, or pick another opening in the opening trainer.
