Practise the Grünfeld Defense
The Grünfeld Defense (1.d4 Nf6 2.c4 g6 3.Nc3 d5) is a dynamic, hypermodern answer to 1.d4. Play Black's moves of the line from memory —
1. d4 Nf6 2. c4 g6 3. Nc3 d5 — and the trainer plays
White's replies; "Play the other side" turns it around.
"Drill all" adds the 52 named lines that continue it, such as Grünfeld Defense: Three Knights Variation, Grünfeld Defense: Exchange Variation, Grünfeld Defense: Three Knights Variation, Burille Variation, Grünfeld Defense: Exchange Variation, Modern Exchange Variation, Grünfeld Defense: Three Knights Variation, Petrosian System, Grünfeld Defense: Exchange Variation, Classical Variation, Grünfeld Defense: Stockholm Variation, Grünfeld Defense: Three Knights Variation, Hungarian Attack.
