The Open Variation of the Two Knights Defense is 1.e4 e5 2.Nf3 Nc6 3.Bc4 Nf6 4.d4, in which White opens the centre at once and aims for rapid development. Play White's moves of the line from memory — 1. e4 e5 2. Nf3 Nc6 3. Bc4 Nf6 4. d4 — and the trainer plays Black's replies; "Play the other side" turns it around.
